Come pick up a fresh loaf of sourdough bread from the Bread Hall, sample refreshing teas in our Tea Room, or sip on our very own organic rosé wine. Upgrade your visit to an annual membership at the Information Desk.
3. Friends of 123 Farm (Cottage Rooms)
Permanent vendors housed in our cottage rooms offering handmade and unique gifts. Vendors are in attendance at their own discretion and might not be open every day.
4. The Organic Galleries
Decorated to celebrate our Sheep Shearing Festival held every spring, browse through a parade of eight shops, each themed around elements of our farm, and a cafe featuring lavender goodies. Kids can play a game finding hidden lambs in each shop. Retail products can be purchased by bringing a completed order form to the Fulfillment Center. Open 11 am to 5 pm (cafe open on weekends only).
5. Baa-zaar & Sheep Maze
Shop goods including felted gifts, sheep storybooks, lamb dolls and handmade organic products from our farm. Find your way out of the simple pallet maze, themed with sheep cutouts and information.
6. Mary had a Little Village
If Mary had a little village, what might you see? View three decorated shops themed after Mary and her little lamb. Play a game of "I Spy" while viewing each shop through its glass door.
7. Wedding Lawn & Croquet
Grassy area formerly used for weddings. Take a photo on the swinging chair or play a game of croquet.
8. Petting Zoo
Free petting zoo open from 10am-6pm (hours may change without notice).
9. 123 Farm Marketplace
Over 40 aromatherapy products made with lavender from our fields and more are available for purchase at the 123 Farm Marketplace. These include lavender teas, lotions, essential oils, and lavender-filled toys.
10. Indigenous Garden Tour
Join us on this fascinating tour where Master Gardeners guide you through our Indigenous Garden which showcases Native culture and the edible and medicinal plants that grow wild in our area and were historically used by our local tribes. Saturdays and Sundays at 11am. Meet in front of 123 Farm Marketplace.

12. Lavender Food Court, Sourdough Pizza & Bar
Taste various lavender-infused dishes, drinks, desserts & lavender ice cream. View the 'Menu' section for more details. Hours 11 am - 6 pm. Sourdough pizza is only available on Saturday and Sunday from 11am - 6 pm.
13. Live Music
Enjoy live music on the festival lawn Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12 pm to 2 pm.
14. Lavender Crafts & Free Wagon Rides
Available for all ages! Come try your hand at making lovely mementos to remember your visit! Friendship bracelets, pompoms, personalized sachets, lavender beeswax candles and more will be available! Lavender crowns and wands will be available after June 18. Crafts include Pom Pom ($5), Wooden Sheep Ornament ($5), Lavender Beeswax Candle ($5), Decorate-Your-Own Lavender Sachet ($5), Friendship Bracelet ($3), Sheep Postcard (Free).
Take a ride through the lavender fields to the 1000-year old oak tree and back. Your friendly tour guide will tell you about the history of the ranch. Tour lasts 10-15 minutes and are available on a first come basis (free tours subject to change without notice).
15. Oak Tree Mercantile & Historical Gallery
Shop handmade goods made using wood from our 1000-year-old tree and olive trees by a local artist. Purchase vintage Highland Springs Resort merchandise and view historical prints from our archives and learn about the history of Highland Springs Ranch & Inn.

Various types of lavender plants for sale (propagated from our lavender). Culinary and beauty products made from our lavender and other florally-inspired gifts.
19. Master Gardeners & Badminton
The UC Master Gardener Program is a public service and outreach program under the University of California Agriculture & Natural Resources. These experts can help you get started growing your very own lavender or troubleshoot any gardening issues you may have. The free badminton court located behind the Master Gardeners.
20. Sample Lavender Garden
View over 100 different varieties of lavender growing in our sample garden.
21. Lavender Distillation Demonstrations
Watch as one of our farmers demonstrates our method of distilling lavender to extract essential oils. Distillation demonstrations at: Friday to Sunday 11 am and 3 pm, Monday to Thursday 3 pm
22. Lavender Fields
Stroll through a sea of organic lavender. Our lavender fields are located in two separate areas.
23. Fresh Bouquet Pop-Up
Open on weekends and select weekdays, purchase a bouquet cut fresh from our lavender fields.
